Norden House Care Home Welcomes New Care Home Manager
Norden House Care Home is delighted to announce the appointment of Elaine Navarro as its new Care Home Manager.
Ellaine is a registered nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing and brings a wealth of experience across health and social care settings. Her professional background includes renal nursing, general adult care, diagnostics, and senior leadership roles, including serving as a Chief Officer of Quality, Patient Safety and Informatics in a hospital setting overseas.
Ellaine has also worked extensively within the NHS and the UK health and social care sector for nearly eight years, holding senior roles such as Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. She is a trained first aider, a dialysis nurse, and is certified to deliver Adult Safeguarding training.
Ellaine joins Norden House Care Home with a strong commitment to patient safety, high-quality care and compassionate leadership. She shares the organisation’s core values and is passionate about supporting both residents and staff to achieve the best possible outcomes.
